At Sinless Silk (A Brand by Nikur Essence), we ensure the highest quality standards for all our silk products. However, if your product is damaged during transit, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
- The exchange request must be lodged within 5 days of delivery.
- A clear, uncut, and unedited package opening video is mandatory for the exchange process.
